So Friday was the Ocean Bowl Comp hosted by County Connect Affiliate Ollie. There was huge turnout with about 40 skaters, and 100+ fans. 73rd street took over a whole bleacher and got plenty of shout outs from BROoks. He MC'd the whole event and killed it on the mic. Kids were hyped and kendal almost puked when some dude did a handplant to fence kick finger flip (thats the best way I can describe it). Lets just call that dude the Bubble Bath Pimp, due to some cheese dicks video I came across.
Anyway we had the whole 3 ride posse down at the beach and everyone pretty much killed it. Shuman nollie big spin back lipped the 12 ft extension for best trick. He won $100 dollars and spent it all by the end of the night. The night turned out to be a giant dude fest but it was pretty ignorant. Hugh got naked, Spivey got iced, BROoks booted and kept raging harder than most. Rambo, Cowherd, Murph, and Skataway got involved in the night and that could be explained in much more detail but it might be too much for even County Connect.
